Screen candidates based on basic eligibility
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates
Maintain accurate call records and candidate information
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets
Coordinate with the recruitment/HR team
Handle candidate queries professionally
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication skills
Fluency in [English / Hindi / Regional Language]
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, calling tools)
Ability to communicate confidently over calls
Good listening and convincing skills

Experience in telecalling, recruitment, or customer support
Freshers with good communication skills can also apply
